Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard Delivery: ~4 working days
  • Express Delivery: ~3 working days
  • Priority Delivery: ~2 working days

📍 Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations.

Every VetEase order is:

  • Carefully packed using protective materials to prevent transit damage
  • Securely sealed to ensure hygiene and product integrity

🎁 Gifting a VetEase Product?

You may include a personalized message or request gift-style packaging at checkout (where available).

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together unless requested otherwise.

  • No Deliveries: Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays

⏰ Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM ship the same business day
