5. Order Process

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received
  • A confirmation email will be sent after successful checkout
  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers
  • VetEase reserves the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery (where applicable)
  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging and resalable condition

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition to qualify for a refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • VetEase reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees

9. Product Quality & Warranty

  • Each VetEase product is quality-checked before dispatch
  • Product images aim to reflect actual colors and design as accurately as possible; slight variations may occur due to lighting, materials, or screen settings
  • Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by pets chewing or excessive force
  • Exposure to extreme conditions (heat, moisture, etc.)

10. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout
  • Standard delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on destination
  • Customers will be notified of delays or stock-related issues
  • If delivery is not possible, a replacement or full refund may be offered

11. Payments
